We have been the IT providers to the Papua New Guinea Hunters Rugby League Team since 2021. We provide organisation wide ICT hardware and software sales and helpdesk support wherever they are in the world. We also offer technical and innovation consulting services on a regular basis.

Migration in days
TerraCom Resources
In 2020 we were tasked to migrate TerraCom Resources (ASX: TER) to a completely redesigned hybrid cloud infrastructure. We also needed to shutdown any existing hardware that was no longer required on their mine sites. The migration needed to happen in days and the redesign and shutdown of their infrastructure needed to happen within months. An incredible challenge that was operationally required.

Newcastle Knights
In 2011, the Newcastle Knights operated from an old squash court and had decades old IT infrastructure. Our organisation was tasked with redesigning their entire ICT infrastructure, modernising every part of their ICT, training all of the staff, moving everything to a new building, supplying all new ICT equipment and providing ongoing ICT support. This needed to happen within just a few months and it was an incredible success. When the Newcastle Knight was sold back to the NRL, we made the handover to them.

Reddog Technology
In the early 2000's we could see a mismatch between our customers needs and our needs. Put simply, if we charged per hour to fix an IT issue, we made money while our customers lost money. We set about designing an IT company that succeeded when our customers did and didn't when their IT was broken. We designed a revolutionary (at the time) business model where our customers paid a flat fee per month for their ICT solutions and we provided unlimited support. It was an incredibly successful model. We expanded nationally within 12 months and went international within 18 months. Reddog Technology was sold in 2015.

Shipping and logistics
Hunter Ports
Hunter Ports was an innovative, multibillion dollar project for a coal loader and shipping infrastructure in the Port of Newcastle. We designed, created, supplied, installed and provided ongoing support for their all of their ICT requirements.
Startups
Large Startups
We worked with Aston Resources from the start providing all ICT and innovation services, support and consulting. Aston Resources was created in early 2010 with a $480 million purchase of the Maules Creek coal asset from Rio Tinto. It was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in late 2010 for at a valuation of appro $1.2 Billion and then sold to Whitehaven Coal for approx $2.5 billion in 2012. An incredible achievement from everyone involved. Today it is still the primary asset of Whitehaven Coal (ASX:WHC).
Equestrian
Patinack Farm
Patinack Farm was built from nothing to one of the largest thoroughbred breeding and racing stables in Australia. It had operations and facilities spread across eastern Australia. We worked with Patinack Farm from the start, providing all ICT infrastructure and innovation support until it was sold.
